Working for Clear Thinking Care has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to my last job where everything we did was micromanaged, carried many pressures with little or no reward for hard work done along with very little or no job satisfaction.
Since working at CTC, I have met some great people, both service users and colleagues, and feel that working with individuals who need that extra support in the community am doing a both rewarding and satisfying job.
The enabling role that I do gives me the chance to put something recognisable and rewarding back into the community with the service users I support on a day-to-day basis.
My only negative is that i had done this sooner rather than wasting my time in my previous high pressure dead-end job.
