Yes, we aim to have a suitably sized team to see people regularly, although this may take some time while we find the right people to suit the needs.
We offer a range of support hours to suit the individuals needs, whether that be full 24 hour waking support 7 days a week, two days a week, 4 hours every other week, sleep in support, whatever works best for the individual!
Yes, if you request a driver, all our driving staff have appropriate business insurance policies.
All staff are DBS checked. They have all been interviewed by our dedicated recruitment team, their line manager, and the director of care personally signs off every staff member before they are offered a role with us.

All packages of care are 'fluid', meaning they can change at any time, and we will adapt accordingly.
Upon receiving a call from an individual looking for support or a social worker, we will then contact the individual to agree on a time and place to do an initial assessment, where we will assess the person's needs, both medical and non-medical, and then we will look at the persons wishes around support times, and agree what we all think will work best. We then discuss costings, although this can be done at any stage, and set a start date. Agreements are signed, and support can begin.
We provide full costings before anything is signed. Our prices are competitive, and we are happy to discuss any price queries at any point.
We are registered with CQC, all staff have DBS checks, all staff complete induction, mandatory training, and nationally recognised accreditation (care certificate), required to follow health and safety and GDPR requirements, work together with other agencies as needed to identify and reduce risks when appropriate.
