Out-reach & In-reach
Our Outreach team helps people to develop life skills and gain independence.
We provide a range of support and life skills training for people with complex needs
Through our Outreach service, we give people with mental or physical disabilities the knowledge and confidence they need to live well at home. Our team assist across a spectrum of life skills to bring meaningful and sustainable change.
Flexible, focused guidance
Our Outreach team can help service users across Plymouth in a variety of ways. Whether we’re working with someone who lives with a neurodevelopmental disorder such as autism, or an individual with a learning disability, our targeted domiciliary care packages can make a big difference to quality of life.
We help build key life skills such as cooking, shopping, and household management. We can also facilitate leisure activities, travel, exercise, work placements or education. It may be that we’re required for only a few hours each week or could be for longer. Whatever the need and the individual challenges, we focus on progressively building our clients’ capacity to live and interact with confidence.
